Welcome to RRA Basketball Academy
Welcome
Welcome to RRA Basketball Academy! We are honored that you've chosen to become part of our basketball family.
At RRA, we believe success is measured by more than wins and championships. Our mission is to develop confident athletes, strong leaders, and individuals of character by combining high-quality basketball instruction with faith, teamwork, encouragement, and dedication.
By completing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies, expectations, and terms of participation outlined below.
-
Our Mission & Core Values
RRA Basketball Academy exists to develop complete athletes by teaching basketball fundamentals while instilling character, integrity, leadership, and perseverance.
Faith
We strive to honor God in the way we coach, compete, and serve others. While participation does not require a specific religious affiliation, our academy is built upon Christian values that encourage honesty, humility, compassion, and servant leadership.
Teamwork
Basketball is a team sport that requires communication, trust, accountability, and selflessness. We teach athletes to support one another, celebrate each other's successes, and work together toward common goals.
Encouragement
Positive coaching builds confident athletes. Our goal is to create an environment where every player feels challenged, supported, and inspired to become the best version of themselves.
Integrity & Dedication
We encourage athletes to work hard, compete honestly, respect others, and pursue excellence in everything they do.

RRA Basketball Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant or spectator whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the academy's values.
-
Health, Medical & Participant Safety
The health and safety of our athletes is our highest priority.
By registering, you certify that the participant is physically able to participate in basketball activities unless medical conditions have been disclosed to RRA Basketball Academy. Parents and guardians agree to provide complete and accurate medical information, including allergies, medical conditions, medications, previous injuries, and emergency contact information, and to notify the academy of any changes.
Participation in basketball involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, sprains, fractures, concussions, illness, permanent disability, and, in rare circumstances, death. By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of yourself or your child.
In the event of an emergency, if a parent or guardian cannot be reached, RRA Basketball Academy personnel are authorized to obtain reasonable emergency medical treatment. Parents and guardians remain responsible for all resulting medical expenses.
Participants suspected of sustaining a concussion or serious injury may be removed from activity immediately and must satisfy all return-to-play requirements before participating again.
Participants should not attend practices, games, camps, or other activities while experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness or any condition that may place others at risk.
RRA Basketball Academy does not provide medical or accident insurance. Parents and guardians are responsible for maintaining appropriate health insurance coverage for participating athletes.

Membership, Attendance & Academy Policies
Enrollment in RRA Basketball Academy represents a commitment to consistent participation and personal growth.
Membership fees, tuition, camp fees, and other program costs may be recurring depending on the program selected. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable except as determined by academy management.
Practice schedules, locations, coaches, and programming may occasionally change due to weather, facility availability, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the academy's control.
Missed sessions do not guarantee make-up sessions unless specifically approved.
Transportation to and from academy activities remains the responsibility of each family unless otherwise communicated by the academy.
RRA Basketball Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to practices, camps, tournaments, or events.
-
Media Release
RRA Basketball Academy frequently photographs and records practices, camps, clinics, tournaments, and other events to celebrate our athletes and promote academy programs.
By participating, you grant permission for RRA Basketball Academy to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture the participant's likeness and use these materials for educational, promotional, advertising, website, print, and social media purposes without compensation.
Families who do not wish to participate in photography or video recording may indicate their preference during registration.
- The RRA Playbook
Every registered family receives access to the RRA Playbook, our online resource center created to help athletes continue developing outside of scheduled practices.
The Playbook contains training videos, basketball drills, strength and conditioning resources, nutrition guidance, basketball IQ lessons, faith-based encouragement, parent resources, announcements, academy forms, schedules, and other exclusive content.
Because the Playbook is updated regularly, it serves as the primary source for current academy information and resources. Families are encouraged to visit it often throughout the season.
